Why do you sell your slices
of cheesecake frozen?

In order to serve baked goods with potentially hazardous ingredients
in a food cart setting,
we must store our cheesecake slices
at near freezing temperatures.
This ensures that our heavenly
homemade cheesecake is always fresh
and safe for our valued customers.
Your cheesecake slice
will be ready to enjoy
within 5-15 minutes of purchase.

and let us know exactly what you'd
like and when you need it by.
Please note that we request a
minimum notice of one week on all
whole (uncut) cheesecakes.
